My apple ipod is not compatible with my acer laptop?
Is it true that my apple ipod isn't compatible with my acer laptop that's why if i connect my ipod to it, it won't charge but instead, after i unplug it, the battery reduces. my acer laptop is in windows xp. I really don't know what to do. please help. I have itunes and it is the latest version.. If ipods cant be incompatible, then what happened to my ipod?

Do you have iTunes installed on your laptop? In most computers, you need the program to act as a driver for your iPod.

Firstly, an iPod cannot be incompatible... You'll need to download iTunes.. also, if you have iTunes, make sure that it is the latest version and download the latest updates.

No, your ipod is fully compatible with any windows pc from XP and newer, so that is definitely not the problem. The problem many be the usb port and or cable, try changing either one or both of those, so you can get an adequate charge, if those fail, just reset or restore your ipod :)
