so i will change my os and my question is Will my mic and camera work after i reformat my acer laptop without having the installers?

Oh, you should get the installers. For the mic, generally, when you install the O/S, the sound card driver gets automatically installed, so you may not have to worry about the mic. However, for the camera, you may have to go to the manufacturer's website and get the driver relevant to your O/S.

If you are using the recovery procedure supplied with laptops nowadays then yes for the onboard sound. Yes for the mic and web cam if they are built in the laptop. but if they are extra units to the laptop then No for the webcam. The webcam should have come with a setup cd
