Is there a way to change the desktop background on an Acer Laptop?
I have a Acer Laptop, the name of it is Aspire One (atleast thats what it says) and its the small netbook ones, and it has Windows 7 starter, i know everyone says you can't change the desktop background. It doesnt have a personalize button or anything, so i was wondering is there something safe* and easy to download so i can personalize it? i've heard before but some things i dont trust on this computer. please & thank you:)

right click and there should be something you can click on

Save the picture you want to set as your background. Open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Right-click>Set as Desktop Background.

Easy way is just replace the default wallpaper with the one you like. Location - C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper\ The new wallpaper will be visible only after you log off or restart. Or you can install a theme manager like http://www.stardock.com/products/thememanager/

You may wish to try this workaround, it uses a third party program that manages desktop themes and you can change you desktop background through this- http://www.instructables.com/id/Windows-7-Starter-Easy-way-to-change-wallpaper/
