Acer Laptop travel mate 290

How can I fix my laptop bluetooth it is acer 290 where can I find the software of blutooth?
I have an acer laptop travel mate 290 and I can not fix the bluetooth it has a switch on the left when I turn it on the light of the bluetooth turn red I want your help If it want a software where can I find it.

How do you put Internet on an acer laptop?
My brother has this acer laptop. He wants the Internet. He Also wants it to be wireless. What all does he need? What company does he need for it?

See if it has a wireless card already inside. If not, you will have to buy eithere a PCI Wireless card if the Notebook can support it, or get those USB Wireless keys, both cost in the range of $100. Also make sure you have a wireless router connected to your internet modem.

Most Acer notebook already come with wireless. If so, all you need is a wireless signal to receive. In order to check your computer, go the task bar Start Menu and then to Control Panel. In Control Panel, double click on Network Connections. You should then see Local Area Networks and Wireless Network Connection. Right click the later and scroll to "Enable". If there is no Wireless Network Connection, you may have to set one up with the Network Setup Wizard. You still won't have Internet without a wireless signal. You will need a wireless router for your home. A good way to test your computer is to use someone else's signal. Many businesses like Starbucks, McDonalds, and major hotels have wireless signals you can receive if the computer is near enough. It is illegal to use your neighbor's wireless signal

Acer eNet Management

Internet keeps connecting and disconnecting, does anyone have an Acer laptop who can help me?
well i have an acer laptop, we just got verizon FiOS or wutever and the "Acer eNet Management" thing keeps sayin at the bottom "internet connected" then a few seconds later "internet disconnected. My father says it has nothing to do wit the connection, its the laptop itself. Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

Hi first contact your Acer to see if that is the problem. Than contect Verizon and they will help you out

I have an Acer notebook and I see the same thing every now and then. What is happening is the WiFi connection keeps dropping out. If you are on a hard-wired network connection this isn't a problem, but if you are only using your wireless antenna or an "air-card" you will need to fine-tune your router and firewall settings to stabilize the connection or move physically closer to the wireless signal you are trying to link to.

How do you fix a disc drive for an Acer laptop or how much does it cost?
I have an Acer laptop, and i somehow broke the disc drive. I need to install virus protection so can anyone tell me how to fix the disc drive or where i can get it repaired? ^^;; The disc drive won't read any discs i put in it.

EDIT: sorry i thought you meant hard drive (i guess i was tired last night). again it comes to about 85 dollars plus parts to strait up repair it, but i don't understand the problem. are you just getting disk reading errors? is it not popping up at all when you put in a CD. their could be multiple things wrong with it, as I've heard that ACER has been having software problems with some of their laptops and their cd drives. take it in to your local computer repair store and have them find the exact problem with it. you may not need to pay for a new cd drive at all.

How do i enable a external monitor on my acer laptop?
Please help I've asked a few times i need to know how to enable/install a external monitor onto my acer aspire laptop.My screen is broken and i can only boot in safe mode because the monitor is not enabled as external yet.How do i do this so it will boot in normal mode again.I WILL CHOOSE best answer Thanks

plug in your external monitor then in safe mode right click then properties and then settings and you know do stuff. if your lucky you can reboot and you wont have to do that extra stuff. goodluck

How can i factory reset my acer laptop without the disk?
I don't have any disk..not even a windows disk....i have windows 7 on my acer...but i want to completely wipe out my laptop to factory settings....how can i do that without a disk? And the windows 7 i have is Windows 7 Home Premium....i don't have the disk for it anymore since i lost it somewhere.

How do I get a memory drive for my acer laptop?
I have a(n) Acer laptop, Windows 7. But Every time I try to put the memory card in from my camera it wont show up, I can't find it anywhere. My brother says his Computer did this to, and that he had to install a new drive.. Where do I find that?

It might just be because Acer laptops are low quality and often regarded as awful laptops and the SD card slot is malfunctioning.
