How to connect Acer Laptop to Television?
I have an Acer Laptop with only a VGA output , an old television with RCA, 3 colored cables) input. I am having cable with one end as 15 pin VGA and other end RCA male red, green, blue color..... Pl tell how to connect my laptop to my TV in this situation

every time i turn on my acer 5515 laptop with vista home basic it says configuring up dates.dont have recovery disk what else can i do ? it says page 3 of three like its stuck.

Go back to update site and stay online untill update complete. Don't surf around while updating, it tends to confuse it. After update complete, SHUT DOWN not restart and they install automatically. Wait 2 min after hd stops spinning before restart.

Try Avira personal security (It is free). But if you really want to make your laptop faster and safer, just replace windows with one of the Linux distros (ubuntu, opensuse)
